Job summary

Warna Go is seeking a results-driven project sales professional in Jakarta Utara to independently handle sales for contractors, developers, and property owners. You will identify prospects, prepare quotations, and coordinate with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

The role requires 2-5 years in project sales within paint or building materials, strong negotiation and client-relations skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Business is a plus).
• 2-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in paint, waterproofing, or building materials.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously without direct team support.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Good understanding of project workflows and technical product knowledge (or willing to learn quickly).

Responsibilities

• Handle sales for project-based clients (contractors, developers, property owners, etc.).
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential project clients to promote our paint and waterproofing products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates for clients.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress from order to delivery/installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Handle after-sales follow-up and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Track and report sales performance and project status to management.
