Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP.
• Able to work with large datasets and perform data consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing projects and follow up on progress and timelines.
• Monitor business improvement initiatives and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales and commercial performance data.
• Track business performance across departments for data alignment and accuracy.
• Identify trends, key performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and commercial reports.
• Provide commercial data, analysis, and insights for management reviews and ad-hoc requests.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting workflows and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data flow and smooth processes.
