Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–2 years hands-on Excel experience with formulas (IF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• 1–3 years FMCG industry experience.
• Experience creating and managing monitoring reports for sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly reports transforming raw distributor data into the company's standardized reporting format.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and provide required data in a timely manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before reports are submitted or shared.
• Support ad‑hoc data requests and analysis as required by the business.
