• Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog based on strategy and user needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Lead discovery and scoping to ensure value and alignment with the product vision.
• Collaborate to evaluate requirements and prioritize initiatives that are technically feasible.
• Prioritize development based on user feedback, analytics, and market opportunities.
• Ensure enhancements support scalability and long-term sustainability of MAPID.
• Validate deliverables with stakeholders to meet objectives and quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and user insights to improve value.
