Job summary

Shopcomm is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing and sourcing activities, develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals, negotiates contracts, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in fixture/ furniture/ event/ exhibition production.
• Strong ability to prepare and analyze production cost calculations.
• Basic proficiency in operating business and production-related systems.
• Comfortable working both indoors (office) and outdoors (site/vendor locations).
• Established network and database of vendors/suppliers.
• Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding the procurement of goods and services.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely availability and delivery of goods/services.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of projects handled by subordinate team members.
• Prepare supplier/vendor performance reports (KPIs) and present them to the Head of Department.
• Expand and strengthen the Company's network of vendors and suppliers relevant to business operations.
• Demonstrate strong awareness and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation across all areas of work.
• Provide real-time and periodic reports to direct supervisors.
