Job summary

PT. Serasi Autoraya is seeking an analytical pricing analyst to support cost and pricing analyses for TRAC’s transportation solutions across B2B and B2C segments.

The role focuses on ensuring pricing decisions are competitive and based on accurate cost assumptions to support profitability. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance, develop standard costs, perform scenario analyses, and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–5 years of pricing, cost accounting, budgeting or related financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost structures, and profitability analysis.
• Excel proficiency with formulas, PivotTables, and modeling.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost structures and pricing components to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions.
• Develop, review, and update standard costs and pricing schemes for TRAC’s products and services.
• Conduct customer- and contract-specific pricing analysis, including cost projections, margin analysis, and scenario simulations.
• Evaluate the impact of changes in cost assumptions and operational parameters on pricing and profitability.
• Review actual costs against established standards, analyze variances, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Monitor pricing implementation and evaluate pricing effectiveness across branches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to validate data and develop pricing recommendations.
• Prepare pricing and cost analysis reports and presentations for management.
• Support pricing committee activities and monitor the implementation of approved pricing decisions.
• Identify improvements in pricing methodologies, analytical tools, and processes.
