Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome; experience in Sales Support, Trade Marketing, or Administration is a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, data recap, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Good with numbers and basic mathematical calculations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and good in coordination.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track agreed sales deal volume and realize sales per deal.
Ensure all sales order requests are fully approved.
Support Direct Sales Team in creating NOO in SAP.
Deploy trade programs to indirect sales team.
Monitor achievement of trade programs to meet objectives.
Prepare promo approvals and promo reports.
Verify distributor claims including incentives and grading; prepare payment documentation.
