Shopee Indonesia is seeking a data-driven professional to lead daily supply chain planning by forecasting demand with advanced data models and coordinating supply and capacity across teams. You will develop strategic initiatives for SPX Operations to optimize planning, costs, and performance.

The role requires strong analytics, SQL and Google Sheets skills, plus experience with AI/automation tools to enhance unstructured data models. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Strong technical & data skills: proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables) and experience with SQL for querying and analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structural thinking skills.
• Experience with AI and automation tools/techniques to enhance unstructured data models and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to align with cross-functional stakeholders on forecast analysis and strategy.
• Satisfactory English communication skills.
• Strong can-do mindset and self-driven attitude for a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in logistics business; logistics background is a plus.
• Detail oriented; experience with unstructured data is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Description:

• Responsible for SPX's daily supply chain planning by forecasting demand with big data models and managing supply and capacity cross-team.
• Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for the SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more.
• Manage cross-functional teams project to ensure the stable growth of SPX supply chain.
• Automate tools to support forecast model , business data analysis and BAU tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study
• Strong technical & data skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables) and experience with SQL for querying and analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structural thinking skills.
• Experience working with AI and automation tools/techniques to enhance unstructured data models and improve operational efficiency (eg. Claude co work, Appscript, N8N).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to align with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels on forecast analysis and strategy.
• Satisfactory English communication skills
• Strong can-do mindset, self-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interests and passions about logistics business. Logistic business background is a plus
