Job summary

PCI Private Limited is seeking a pricing-focused professional to strengthen material pricing strategies and margins. You will work across the global customer unit, program management, and finance to shape pricing solutions for bids and ongoing repricing.

The role requires strong cost analysis skills, familiarity with SAP/Polydyne, and a proficient English communicator who can negotiate with stakeholders and lead pricing projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Industrial segment within EMS or MNC.
• Experience in cost analysis and pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of plastics, cables, connectors, modules, PCBs is a plus.
• VA/VE proposals experience preferred.
• SAP & Polydyne familiarity a plus; MS Office essential.
• Strong negotiation, independent working ability, and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive material pricing solutions for growth and margins.
• Collaborate with global customer unit, finance, and sales on pricing strategies.
• Align price strategy with proposal cycle time and scope with clients.
• Project manage supply chain pricing with commodity and engineering teams.
• Prepare pricing for bids and manage pricing through product lifecycle.
• Provide insights to support external negotiations and stakeholder proposals.
• Conduct market research and product teardowns for competitiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in margin, cycle time, and pricing tactics.
