Job summary

Facetology Indonesia is seeking a Material Planner to ensure seamless material availability for production. You will run MRP for raw and packaging materials and monitor supplier deliveries to plants or maklon, coordinating with Purchasing and FG Supply Planner for timely supply.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Material Planning or similar supply chain role.
• Strong MRP, inventory management, lead time, and supply planning knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run MRP for raw and packaging materials to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor material ordering and delivery from suppliers to plants or maklon.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and FG Supply Planner to ensure timely supply.
• Identify supply risks such as shortages, delays, demand fluctuations, and constraints.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production requirements and business demand.
