Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team with event planning, vendor coordination, and campaign execution. You will liaise with Marketing management, Creative Services, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure brand standards and smooth campaign delivery.

The role covers end-to-end event development, data management, and guest experience, including attendance scheduling and coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or events is preferred.
• Fluent English required; multi-language ability is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and basic digital marketing basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events and roadshows for existing members and first-time buyers.
• Support marketing campaigns with collateral, briefs, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain relationships with departments, partners and brokers.
• Ensure brand and risk-management standards are followed in campaigns.
• Provide event support and guest coordination from planning to execution.
