Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia, a medical devices manufacturer specializing in Auto Disable Syringes, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development leader to drive growth in Indonesia and beyond. You will develop strategies, identify new markets, build partnerships, and lead the marketing team while managing budgets and coordinating with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or related functions, with managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, technical services, or other service-based industries is preferred.
• Strong track record in developing markets, acquiring customers, and achieving business targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and manage external business partners.
• Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel as required for business development and customer engagement activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve business growth and company targets.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential business channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships and business opportunities to expand market coverage and strengthen market position.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation to support business objectives and maximize return on investment.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, including coordinating with external partners, vendors, and agencies as required.
