Job summary
Unilever is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager for Greater Asia & Indonesia to drive the logistics procurement agenda, including transportation, warehousing, pallets, and relevant freight services. You will translate business priorities into sourcing, supplier and network plans supporting a 50+ million Euro spend.
You will work across Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal and sustainability teams to enable service resilience, network productivity and business
Qualifications
- University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong strategic-sourcing and contracting capability.
- Experience in logistics procurement across Indonesia/Greater Asia or regional networks.
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Greater Asia and Indonesia logistics procurement agenda across transportation, warehousing, pallets and freight services.
- Balance regional scale with Indonesia-specific operational requirements, infrastructure, customs, service and capacity.
- Develop multi-year sourcing and supplier strategies for cost, service, resilience and sustainability.
- Lead tenders, negotiations and contracts with logistics providers including rates, warehousing costs and indexation.
- Own provider performance, risk, value delivery and resilience across cost, service and compliance.
