Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta seeks a litigation-focused lawyer to manage civil, criminal, administrative, and labour disputes. You will draft and review litigation documents, advise on legal strategy, coordinate with external lawyers and authorities, and support court proceedings and dispute resolution.

The role requires a law degree, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Indonesian and English, with confidentiality at the core.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
1–2 years of experience in litigation legal matters.
Experience in manufacturing and transportation companies is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of litigation law and civil/criminal procedural law.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

Handle and analyze litigation matters across civil, criminal, administrative (TUN), and industrial relations disputes.
Draft and review litigation documents, and provide legal opinions on strategies.
Coordinate with external lawyers, notaries, and relevant government authorities.
Assist with court proceedings, mediation, and dispute resolution processes.
Ensure the company’s legal compliance, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
Manage and maintain the confidentiality of the company’s legal documents.
