Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an in-house lawyer to serve as both corporate counsel and litigator in a hybrid role based in Bali. The position requires handling contracts, regulatory compliance, and active dispute resolution.

You will work on high-value leases, vendor agreements, and joint ventures while ensuring PMA and BKPM compliance. Ideal candidates hold a law degree with an active PERADI license and 3–5 years of litigation experience, with proficiency in English considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university.
• Active PERADI Advocate Membership Card (KTA) with BAS.
• 3–5 years of active litigation experience across civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
• Solid understanding of PMA procedures, BKPM regulations, and contract law.
• English language proficiency is a plus.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate immediately.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in civil, criminal, or administrative court proceedings and ADR.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value leases, vendor contracts, and joint ventures in English and Indonesian.
• Manage corporate compliance, including LKPM reporting via OSS RBA system.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on Bali land regulations and Hukum Adat/Banjar dynamics.
