Center for Indonesia's Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI) seeks a Senior Technical Officer for Model of Care to provide substantive technical support for the design, testing, adaptation, implementation and continuous improvement of integrated, people-centred health service delivery models across HSSI programs.

You will translate pillar direction into guidance, implementation tools and capacity-strengthening inputs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or a related field; master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in primary health care, integrated service delivery, quality improvement or health systems strengthening.
• Experience supporting service delivery assessment, design, implementation guidance, training or coaching.
• Understanding of Indonesia's PHC system and health system transformation.
• Familiarity with referral systems and BPJS Kesehatan arrangement is an advantage.
• Proven written and verbal communication in Indonesian with working English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a matrix structure and travel to intervention areas.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for design, testing, adaptation, implementation and continuous improvement of integrated, people-centred health service delivery models.
• Translate pillar direction into evidence briefs, service pathways, practical guidance, implementation tools and capacity-strengthening inputs.
• Coordinate with field teams across public health facilities and referral interfaces.
