Job summary

CISDI is seeking a Lead for Community Systems & Service Delivery in Indonesia. You will guide design, testing, and scale-up of community health platforms, workforce, and delivery, ensuring technical integrity and integration with primary and referral services.

The role demands leadership across matrix teams, strong BI and stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of Indonesia's health reforms to institutionalise successful pilots.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health or a related field.
• At least five years in health systems strengthening or complex program leadership.
• Experience designing or scaling community health services or systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's health system or similar context.
• Understanding of community-based services, kader systems, and referrals.
• Ability to translate evidence into practical interventions and delivery models.
• Knowledge of local governance, costing, and health financing.
• Experience engaging government institutions and civil society.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for community systems and service delivery.
• Set standards, guide QA, and make technical decisions in a matrix setup.
• Collaborate across related pillars to integrate services into care continuum.
• Translate models of care into workable community delivery arrangements.
• Lead and coordinate technical workstreams with project teams and field staff.
