Job summary

FACETOLOGY, a dynamic beauty brand, is seeking a Key Account Executive (NKA) to strengthen partnerships with key clients in Jakarta. You will manage relationships, develop strategic account plans, and drive sales targets.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to tailor solutions, identify upselling opportunities, and report performance metrics to leadership while working from the office in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in beauty industry.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.
• Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company’s product or service portfolio within key accounts.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform account strategies.
