You will lead Sales and Presales teams to achieve targets and strengthen the company’s position in IT solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT sales, proven leadership, and a strong track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in IT sales or product sales.
• Strong business development and sales planning capabilities.
• Proven experience in IT sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience handling software and/or security products is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with principals and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, manage, and develop Sales and Presales teams.
• Drive sales growth for IT solutions, particularly software and security products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and principals to ensure effective product and sales strategies.
