Job summary

Eka Jaya Group, home to Hanasui and NCo, seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead indirect procurement, develop sourcing strategies, and drive supplier performance.

Based in Tangerang, you will manage a procurement team, coordinate with Finance, IT, HR and Operations, ensure compliant processes, and deliver cost savings.

This role requires a Bachelor's in related field and 3+ years in procurement with leadership experience; Excel and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, BA, Eng or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Procurement/Purchasing; at least 2 in managerial role.
• Experience handling indirect procurement categories (MRO, PPE, Office, CAPEX, IT, etc.).
• Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, cost analysis, contracts, supplier performance.
• Strong negotiation and communication; able to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• High integrity, accountability, professionalism; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials and services to support business and operational needs.
• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
• Category Management: Manage indirect procurement categories and ensure effective sourcing strategies based on business requirements, spending, supplier availability, and market conditions.
• Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements while identifying cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, pricing, and service levels, and take corrective action when required.
• Procurement Operations: Ensure purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, HR, GA, Operations, Engineering, and other relevant departments to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify procurement risks and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, and applicable regs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare procurement reports, spending analysis, supplier performance reviews, and savings reports to support management decision-making.
• KPI Management: Monitor and achieve procurement KPIs, including savings, cost avoidance, supplier performance, delivery, and procurement efficiency.
