Job summary

PT Adi Sarana Armada (Assa Rent) seeks an ICT Product Owner to define vision, drive development, and manage lifecycle of core ICT products. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, partnering with software engineers and business stakeholders to maximize value of internal and external ICT solutions.

You will own product backlog, align with IT strategy, and steer Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and ERP/CRM migrations to support scalable enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years as Product Owner/PM/Business Analyst in ICT/enterprise IT.
• Proven track record in managing complex IT systems and software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for product management.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to manage competing priorities across units.
• ITIL or PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM migrations in large-scale environments.
