The Royal Beach Seminyak Resort Bali, Autograph Collection seeks an experienced finance leader to drive the property's financial strategy and performance. You will develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategy, oversee budgeting, forecasting and control processes, and maximize ROI.

Lead the finance team, manage cash flow, tax and regulatory compliance, and partner with the GM and owners to deliver strong financial results for the property.

Formación

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Develops means to improve profit and budget planning.
• Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans.
• Leads development of a comprehensive annual business plan aligned with company strategy.
• Manages cash flow and working capital in accordance with brand standards and owner requirements.
• Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
• Provides strong leadership by guiding team members and cross-functional partners.
