Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Multi-Property Director of Finance for the Bali-Ubud area and Pontianak in Indonesia. The role acts as the property’s strategic financial leader, guiding budgeting, forecasting and performance against targets while aligning with brand strategy.

This senior position reports to the Executive Committee and drives profitability and strong financial controls across two properties.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
• OR Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees the annual operating budget for the property.
• Analyzes financial data and market trends to guide strategic planning.
• Leads finance and accounting teams and ensures effective internal controls.
• Supports budget reviews and cost-saving opportunities.
