Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join a highly analytical team shaping growth and direction. You will gain hands-on exposure to capital market strategy, valuation, and deal structuring, while collaborating with multiple teams on strategic opportunities.

You will help develop recommendations and support corporate development decisions, contributing to GoTo’s ongoing expansion in Indonesia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and legal/tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines while delivering high quality outputs.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills; ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and strategic analysis related to funding and capital markets strategy, M&A, portfolio management and strategic partnerships.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses to guide decision making.
• Conduct industry and market research on trends, risks, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in deals end-to-end including strategy development, negotiation & structuring, due diligence, and coordination with finance, legal, tax and other departments.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for senior management, board and shareholders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc investor and management reporting.
