Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join a highly analytical team shaping growth through capital markets, M&A, and strategic partnerships.

You will build financial models, conduct market research, and help prepare investment memos and reports for senior leadership, boards, and shareholders. The role requires 2+ years in related fields and strong finance knowledge, with English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with deal structuring, due diligence and investment memos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and strategic analysis related to funding, capital markets, M&A, portfolio management and partnerships.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses to guide decisions.
• Conduct industry and market research on trends, risks and opportunities.
• Participate in end-to-end deal processes including strategy, negotiation, structuring and coordination with finance, legal and tax teams.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for senior management, board and shareholders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc investor and management reporting.
