Job summary

GoTo Group in Indonesia is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join a highly analytical team focused on capital markets strategy, valuation and M&A. You’ll work with cross‑functional partners to evaluate opportunities and develop strategic recommendations that shape the company’s growth.

The role emphasizes building robust financial models, conducting market research, and supporting end‑to‑end deal execution, including investor reporting and strategic presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting or related fields.
• Strong grasp of accounting, finance, and legal/tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and strategic analysis related to funding, capital markets, M&A, and partnerships.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses to guide decisions.
• Conduct industry and market research on trends, risks, opportunities and competition.
• Participate in end-to-end deals: strategy, negotiation, structuring, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and shareholders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc investor and management reporting.
