Job summary

AIA Indonesia seeks a seasoned accounting professional to lead budget and cost control activities, ensuring accurate records and compliance with accounting standards and group policies. You will manage planning and budgeting of GOE by function and cost center, and align outcomes with the company KPIs and strategies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years in budget & control or FP&A, plus English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in budget & control or FP&A.
Experience as external auditor in a Public Accountant Firm is advantageous.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with resilience.

Responsibilities

Execute procedures to capture planning and budgeting of GOE by function/cost center/budget owner and align results with KPIs and strategies.
Manage actual operating expenses within target by identifying key activities and cost drivers by function/cost center/budget owner.
Drive monthly discussions with key stakeholders to track actual vs target and provide resolutions.
Identify GOE saving opportunities and process improvements to eliminate wastage.
