Job summary

PT Cemerlang Multimedia seeks a seasoned finance professional with at least five years in finance/accounting to lead reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The role emphasizes PSAK/IFRS compliance, risk management, and collaboration with Tax and Treasury teams.

The candidate will coordinate Finance & Tax and Accounting teams, validate financial statements, and ensure accurate tax handling. Strong ERP experience and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably Accountant, Auditor, or Financial Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, PSAK/IFRS reporting, budget control, variance analysis, internal control, audit, and due diligence.
• Experienced in audit, tax coordination, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Familiar with Bank Indonesia reports (LLD & KPPK), e-SPT, e-Faktur, DJP Online, and LKPB.
• Strong financial, analytical, regulatory, leadership, problem-solving, and IT skills.
• Fluent in English, high integrity, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Finance & Tax and Accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Validate and consolidate financial statements according to PSAK/IFRS.
• Ensure tax expenses and liabilities are properly reflected and reconciled; tax planning, calculation, and filing remain with Finance & Tax.
• Monitor budgets, departmental spending, and budget vs. actual variances.
• Review over-budget payment requests and coordinate approvals or budget reallocations.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, SOPs, and segregation of duties.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital with Treasury.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required financial data.
• Prepare reports for banks/lenders and review financial information across departments.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management.
• Support the development and improvement of financial reporting and dashboard systems (ARIA).
• Represent the Company in financial matters requiring cross-functional coordination, including tax matters with the Finance & Tax team.
