Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an Advisor to translate financial data into actionable business insights and to evaluate business cases, growth, and cost savings using financial models and scenario analysis.

You will track department KPIs alongside financial performance, perform variance analysis and forward forecasts, bridge financial and operational metrics, and support senior management with detailed business cases and ad-hoc reports through clear verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Experience working in consulting/retail/tech/e-commerce/logistics industries.
• In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, data analysis & visualization, executive level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial data into actionable business insights for operational departments.
• Evaluate business cases, growth potential and cost-savings initiatives using financial models and scenario analysis.
• Track KPIs of departments alongside financial performance to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Perform backward-looking variance analysis and forward-looking forecasts to determine action plans and mitigate risks.
• Act as the bridge between financial and operational metrics.
• Support high-level management with detailed business cases to generate decisions.
• Create financial analysis and modelling with high accuracy to generate insights and business impact.
• Maintain intense communication with stakeholders to align financial and operational targets and achievements.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and reports required by management.
