Pengiklan Anonim is a local company with pillars in Energy Services, Infrastructure and Energy Resources, seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to prepare financial models, budgeting, and due diligence for investment decisions and pricing strategies.

The role includes monthly reporting to shareholders, data compilation for financiers, and development of SOPs and strategic decks to drive stakeholder alignment and organizational planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate strategy roles.
• Knowledge of energy services, infrastructure or resources sectors preferred.
• Ability to develop pricing and due diligence materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Modeling for investment decision and pricing determination
• Prepare Monthly financial reporting to shareholder
• Prepare Budgeting and Forecasting for each department
• Prepare and compile financial data for financier
• Monitor drawdown and payment needs
• Prepare proposal for client
• Prepare negotiation strategy
• Prepare Financial due diligence (KYC, Bankability, Asset, Liability, etc.)
• Determine appropriate pricing
• Prepare Internal SOPs development (for ISO)
• Research and deck preparation for strategic meeting
• Develop internal analysis on stakeholder needs, expectations, and objective + planning
• Develop internal analysis through RASCI matrix (streamlining job description, responsibility, etc.)
