Job summary

H&M Indonesia, operated by PT Hindo, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting across multiple brands/entities, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance to support business performance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide financial insights while developing the finance team and coordinating with external auditors and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail with multi outlet business.
• Fluent in Bahasa and English; Brevet A & Brevet B certification.
• Strong Excel skills and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and month-end closing for multiple brands/entities.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information for management.
• Monitor financial performance including sales, gross margin, profitability, inventory and cash flow.
• In charge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage inventory, working capital, AP/AR, and cash flow to support business needs.
• Ensure proper accounting, tax compliance, and audit requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage, supervise and develop finance team and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across multiple brands/entities.
• Coordinate with auditors (external & tax), tax advisors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
