Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a senior Corporate Development & Finance professional to drive the company’s long-term growth through corporate finance, fundraising, M&A, and strategic initiatives. You will build financial models, evaluate opportunities, and manage investor and lender relationships to support executive decision-making.

The role involves coordinating with auditors, banks, legal counsel, and advisors, shaping capital market activities, and guiding strategic transactions in a dynamic OOH

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, fundraising, financing, or M&A transactions.
• Comfortable engaging with investors, lenders, founders, advisors, Board members, and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance strategy and readiness for growth and financing.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, and investment memoranda.
• Lead due diligence on acquisitions and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Develop relationships with investors, banks, and corporate advisors.
• Support post-acquisition integration and synergy realization.
• Prepare quarterly investor updates and Board materials.
• Support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.
