Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking a finance leader to manage a small team and drive end-to-end sustainable growth in CP Commercial for Indonesia and Malaysia. You will collaborate with Reporting and Tax as part of the Finance Leadership team and deputize for the Finance Head when needed.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant finance experience, Big Four exposure is a plus, and fluent English. You will influence senior leaders and deliver strong financial results in a multinational setting located in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of relevant finance experience.
Big Four audit experience would be an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic business partner to ID and MY CPLT, including financial reporting and analysis.
Drive delivery of stretched financial performance and working capital management.
Lead reviews of monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
Be an engaged leader in driving the finance strategic agenda with other areas.
