Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, Brevet A/B) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding regarding construction industry operations and compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with SAK/PSAK and company policies.
• Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure strong internal controls, financial governance, and compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
