Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable.
At least 5 years in senior managerial positions.
Experience in Construction/Civil/Structural or related industry.
Familiarity with Indonesia tax regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Manage cash flow and report to management on cash needs and deficiencies.
Control the budget operation for Head Office and projects; prepare yearly budget and forecast.
Improve internal accounting processes to align with company goals.
Provide financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast prep and data analysis.
Minimize financial risk and ensure external reporting compliance.
Compile financial reporting and mentor accounting staff; oversee statutory processes.
Liaise with institutions to resolve financial/accounting/tax issues and propose solutions.
