PT Berkat Sumber Rizki seeks a Financial Planning and Budget Management lead to drive the annual budget for Indonesia, break it down by department and project, and provide timely financial analyses for management. You will coordinate with headquarters, oversee diverse financial reporting, and ensure tax and compliance standards are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–5+ years in finance, strong English or Mandarin, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Budget planning and financial analysis experience.
• Strong cost control and risk management skills.
• Ability to analyze cash flow, variances and forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the formulation of the annual financial budget plan for Indonesia.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and analyses.
• Coordinate with HQ finance and local departments for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and local standards.
• Review contracts for financial accuracy and risk.
• Willing to travel for business as needed.
