Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software, and budgeting processes.
• Experience with auditing procedures and compliance regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and human resources support.
• Prepare financial statements, donor reports, and other financial documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing requirements.
