Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia is seeking an Accounting & Tax (Office) Manager to oversee accounting and taxation functions within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Indonesia. The role focuses on financial management, compliance, and robust internal controls in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and has proven experience in office administration leadership, invoicing, and tax administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in office management, administration leadership, or head of administration roles.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, tax administration, and financial documentation.
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors, auditors, or accounting firms.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all office administration activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee office facilities, vendor management, procurement, and general administrative support.
• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency.
• Manage contracts, corporate documentation, licenses, and company records.
• Coordinate business travel, office events, and employee administrative requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on cash collections, receivables status, administrative expenses, and financial transactions.
• Monitor administrative and operational budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls for administrative and financial processes.
• Support management with financial and operational data to facilitate decision-making.
