Aufgaben

• Oversee overall administration and operation of the F&B division.
• Ensure HACCP, Fire & Life Safety standards are applied.
• Monitor and drive smooth F&B operations and guest satisfaction.
• Plan promotions, menu standards and pricing with Executive Chef/Outlet Manager.
• Manage staffing, rosters, trainings and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Control costs, budget, forecast and CAPEX for the division.
• Prepare monthly F&B division reports and ensure hygiene compliance.
