Job summary

Hanwha Life Indonesia is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management & KYC Team Member to support the implementation and monitoring of the ERM and KYC frameworks across the organization.

You will identify and assess risks, maintain the Risk Register, monitor KRIs, and help develop risk and anti-fraud policies, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, ERM, KYC, AML/Anti-Fraud, Compliance, or Internal Control.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of risk management, KYC, anti-fraud, and internal control concepts.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and data reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess key risks across credit, market, liquidity, insurance, operational, legal, reputation, and fraud risks.
• Maintain and update the Risk Register; conduct regular risk assessments.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and mitigation actions and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide early warning of potential or emerging risks.
• Prepare periodic risk management reports, including risk trends, mitigation actions, and relevant management information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding risk mitigation and improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of risk management, anti-fraud policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the KYC framework and processes.
• Review and monitor KYC-related requirements and controls in coordination with relevant functions.
• Assist in identifying and escalating potential KYC, customer, and fraud-related risks.
• Maintain relevant KYC documentation, monitoring records, and reports.
• Support continuous improvement of KYC processes in line with applicable regulations and Company policies.
