Job summary

Dynapack Asia Group in Indonesia seeks a procurement professional to manage supplier selection, pricing, and purchase orders, aligning with manufacturing quality standards.

You will coordinate material forecasts, maintain records, and communicate with internal teams and suppliers. SAP familiarity is a plus; English is essential and Chinese is helpful. Based in Karawaci with occasional mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years experience in direct materials or manufacturing supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills for pricing and supplier contracts.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in English; Chinese language ability is advantageous.
• Willing to be based in Karawaci office and mobile when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies to evaluate and select raw material and component suppliers, ensuring alignment with manufacturing quality standards through periodic assessments.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with direct material vendors to achieve cost savings and supply stability.
• Coordinate material purchase needs with production and planning, and manage all procurement data and purchase orders.
• Prepare rolling material forecasts for suppliers and generate monthly reports on cost savings, price variances, and vendor delivery performance.
• Maintain all purchasing records and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal manufacturing users.
