Mubadala Energy is seeking a Senior Specialist, Contract Management to lead end-to-end procurement and contract activities, ensuring compliance with PTK 007 and company policies while optimizing value and timely delivery. You will manage tendering, contract administration, supplier negotiations, and contract governance within the Oil & Gas sector.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement planning, RFQ processes, and ERP usage (Oracle).

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years in SCM, procurement, or contract management in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with tendering, commercial evaluations, contract administration, and supplier negotiations.
• Familiar with PTK 007 procurement guidelines and SKK Migas regulations.
• Experience using Oracle ERP for procurement and contract management.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities for low-risk goods and services.
• Develop procurement strategies, scopes of work, and bid execution plans with stakeholders.
• Prepare RFQ packages and manage tendering in compliance with PTK 007 and procedures.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, bidder qualifications, and coordinate technical/HSSE evaluations.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve best value and total cost of ownership.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, POs, and service orders per approved outcomes.
• Maintain procurement and contract documentation accurately throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier performance and address contractual issues and claims.
• Ensure contract records, insurances, guarantees, warranties are maintained.
• Utilize Oracle ERP for procurement transactions and contract management.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support audits related to procurement and contract management.
• Ensure HSSE compliance in all activities.
