Responsibilities

Vet and draft contracts including RFPs, NDAs, and framework/AMS agreements across markets.
Analyze risks from legal, commercial, and services perspectives and advise on mitigations.
Interpret client needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks while aligning with Nokia’s interests.
Interact with stakeholders on critical issues in contractual documents.
Research legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects as required by the business.
Leverage CLM platforms (Conga, Sirion Labs, Icertis, Ironclad, Unitedlex) and AI tools for data extraction and visualization.
Develop contract data insights to support management decisions.
