Job summary

You will build and manage a strong brand identity with high-quality visuals, brand guidelines, and cohesive messaging across channels.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a related bachelor's degree, and certifications in Digital Marketing; you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Certification in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of: Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Media Planning, Copywriting.
• Analytical problem-solving with customer focus & synergy building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent identity across touchpoints.
• Create concepts for campaigns that reflect Jalin's values and positioning.
• Oversee production of visual and printed marketing materials with teams and vendors.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent visuals and brand assets for marketing needs.
• Research design trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to guide creative work.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners via clear briefs and project management.
• Measure campaign performance and feedback to improve future efforts.
• Improve creative processes, workflows, and tools to boost productivity.
