PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in Jakarta is seeking a Commercial Process Analyst to join our finance team. You will manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to support decision making across functions.

You will liaise with stakeholders, propose process improvements, and assist audit activities to ensure strong controls. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in FMCG or public accounting, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any discipline.
• Finance/Economics background would be beneficial.
• 3+ years working experience in FMCG/Public Accountant.
• Strong analytical skills, strategical thinking, and drive for results.
• Fast learner and able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Courageous, comfortable with ambiguity and agile working environment.
• Ability to effectively engage, collaborate and manage expectations across different stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of curiosity with interest to learn new skills such as big data analytics is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Budget management and forecasting activities according to finance principles.
• Excellent reporting and day-to-day budget monitoring and rolling forecast tasks.
• Liaise with functions on budget/cost analysis and submit financial information/reports.
• Propose process improvements and ensure tools/systems adapt to business needs.
• Maintain strong process control and assist internal/external audits.
