The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in FMCG or public accounting, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Finance/Economics is a plus.
• 3+ years in FMCG or Public Accounting.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with results focus.
• Fast learner who works with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting tools.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Budget management and forecasting according to finance principles.
• Prepare original budget, rolling forecast, monthly monitoring and reporting.
• Liaise with functions on budget/cost analyses and reporting.
• Propose process, tool, and systems improvements.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
