Job summary

PaxOcean is seeking a Commercial Executive for Ship Conversion & Special Projects in Indonesia. You will manage the end-to-end tendering process, from RFQ reception through submission, coordinating with Project, Engineering, Planning, Production, QA/QC, Procurement and HSE to ensure complete technical and commercial proposals.

You will drive cost estimation, cashflow planning, and contract vetting, supporting handover to Billing and client contract closure.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marine engineering or naval architecture.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and project schedules.
• Understanding of contract terms and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering from RFQ receipt to submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Planning, Production, QA/QC, Procurement and HSE.
• Support cost estimation, cashflow, and contract vetting.
• Oversee handover to Billing and Invoicing teams and client feedback.
