Job summary

AsiaCruit, Inc. seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to direct financial strategy, governance, and performance across a growing multi-entity organization in Indonesia.

You will drive profitability, strengthen controls, and support executive decision-making with extensive FP&A, treasury, and reporting expertise. Preference is given to Chinese professionals residing in Indonesia with strong English communication skills and a track record of leading large finance teams in FMCG or multi-entity

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• At least 5 years as Finance Head, Finance Manager, Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, or multi-entity organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS; corporate taxation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee multi-entity financial operations across branches and subsidiaries; consolidate reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial modelling; monitor performance against plans.
• Establish robust internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation and financial systems optimization.
• Present insights to the CEO, Board, and external auditors; manage stakeholder relations.
