Job summary

Wirehire is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to build and scale the financial engine of a high-growth tech company in Southeast Asia. The CFO will partner with the CEO and Board to drive governance, capital strategy, and cross-border finance across multiple jurisdictions.

He will lead FP&A, reporting, taxation, and procurement, shaping commercial growth through scalable finance processes, risk management, and JV coordination with international partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership in tech or SaaS.
• 4–5 years in CFO, VP of Finance, or Finance Director roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, governance, and reporting to CEO and Board.
• Manage cross-border FP&A, tax structuring, and licensing models between local and global shareholders.
• Build and scale finance, accounting, tax, and procurement organization.
