Job summary

Japfa seeks a Budget Analyst in Jakarta to support annual budgeting for the Japfa Group and to help deliver accurate management reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and grounding in accounting concepts, P&L and variance analysis, plus budgeting and forecasting experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar role with a track record of accurate analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and practices.
• Experience with P&L analysis, KPI operational analysis, and variance analysis.
• Familiar with cost analysis, benchmarking, variance analysis and review.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting is beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyze large data sets and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Actively participate in various analysis projects for management reports.
